What began  as a seafood company determined to remove harmful lionfish from the Great Barrier Reef, INVERSA has evolved into global conservation collective and novel supply-chain for exotic leathers  exclusively sourced from invasive species with a growing list of brand partners across luxury fashion and footwear.

Working in tandem with communications firm BPCM, I provided consultation on updated brand positioning and crafted a design system, photo art direction, and production strategy to reflect INVERSA’s unique mission and product offerings.
