Amazon’s best-selling tablet acts as a gateway to the entire content ecosystem. As Art Director of Device Engagement and Customer Experience, my role was to harness a trove of user insights to develop and market the latest device channels, accessories, and brand content to connect users with the full potential of their device.

Working with Fire Tablets and Alexa product teams, I developed and art direct marketing for this emerging tablet accessory that transforms the hand-held Fire tablet into a Alexa-controlled display screen and home hub.
Guided by insights from beta testing and data from millions of users, I directed targeted launch creative that combines CGI and live-action to demonstrate the capability for this novel accessory to level-up users device experience.

I developed the look and feel of Amazon Insider, a tablet-specific platform that provides Fire users with personalized content and feature recommendations on their home-screen along with a custom feed of creative content unique to their interests.
After a successful launch, I art directed content creation and guidelines for contributing cross-function teams to ensure a cohesive browsing and discovery experience.
